Structural Alterations and Refurbishments
The Company has been involved in many refurbishment contracts in the London area, these works have involved;
- New and enlarged basements in existing buildings; Extensions to lift pits and structural columns
- New groundbeams and column bases;
Removal of walls, columns and other internal structures - Column and beam encasements with F4 finish
- Power floated floors and other screeds
- Structural steelwork, staircases and ladders
- Waterproofing and leak sealing
- Ductile iron pipework and fittings
- Works have been carried out at high profile locations such as The Royal Albert Hall, British Museum, Somerset House and a private development in Sloane Square.
