The company is totally committed to having a fully trained workforce and all employees are involved in a fully integrated training programme including: CSCS, Safety Awareness, CPCS, NVQ's, CITB Site Safety Plus Scheme and many more training courses that are specific to the employee's and company requirements.

We are also involved with Industrial Training for the graduates in the third year of their four year sandwich degree course.
