John O'Dwyer presents the Safety Award to Nigam Kumar, tallyman, for Best Practice in Health and Safety at our Northern Line Extension project.

Nigam was nominated for this award for his many safety observations and inquisitive nature on helping to improve safety elements at Battersea.  He is good at spotting areas that can be continuously improved around the surface works.
