This morning, he visited our Mandeville Road project to deliver a 90-minute presentation to the team, focusing on the importance of our LIFE culture and the vital role that effective communication plays in keeping people safe, engaged and performing at their best. In an industry that is constantly evolving, Josie’s visit was a powerful reminder that leadership extends far beyond titles or boardrooms.
