JGL Invests- New AT120 and M3000 DH

The investment in the AT120 and M3000DH further enhances JGL's self-delivery capability, providing increased drilling power, improved fluid management and greater operational efficiency. Together, the new additions enable the business to undertake larger, more technically challenging HDD installations while supporting continued growth in the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

The AT120 significantly enhances JGL's HDD capability, offering 120,000 lbs of pullback and thrust force together with 15,500 ft-lbs of rotational torque. Designed for challenging ground conditions, the machine combines industry-leading power with All Terrain technology, enabling longer and more complex installations while maintaining productivity in difficult geology. Powered by a Stage V compliant 280hp Cummins engine, the AT120 delivers high performance while reducing environmental impact.

The accompanying M3000DH cleaning system brings industry-leading fluid management capability, featuring a 300 GPM cleaning capacity, Derrick HyperPool shaker technology and a 3,000-gallon tank system. The unit improves drilling fluid quality, increases recycling efficiency, reduces waste and helps maximise drilling productivity on larger HDD projects.

Together, these latest additions strengthen JGL's ability to undertake larger diameter, longer distance and more technically challenging trenchless installations, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of specialist utility and energy infrastructure delivery.
