Lisa Bryanton proudly represented Joseph Gallagher at SCS Acton

Lisa delivered a session on Joseph Gallagher's LIFE (Living Incident Free Every Day) culture, careers within the civil engineering and infrastructure industry, and the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities available. The session provided students with valuable insight into the many pathways into the sector and highlighted the rewarding and diverse careers that construction and infrastructure can offer.

As part of the programme, the students participated in a team tower-building challenge designed to develop planning, collaboration and communication skills. Following a reflection session, each team reviewed what had worked well, identified areas for improvement and adapted their approach before taking on the challenge again - demonstrating the importance of continuous learning and improvement.

The 24 students were highly engaged throughout the session, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine enthusiasm for learning more about the industry.

Joseph Gallagher is proud to support programmes such as this, helping to inspire, educate and encourage the next generation of talent.
