We delivered specialist civil engineering and pipeline installation works as part of Thames Water’s £14m pipework renewal project in Chessington.
Our scope included the construction of a new shaft and underground connection between existing and proposed infrastructure, together with the installation of new DN600 pipework and associated mechanical connections.
The project involved working within a challenging existing infrastructure environment, requiring careful ground and groundwater management, specialist tunnelling and shaft construction, and the integration of new pipework with the existing water network.
The works were successfully delivered to support the renewal and long-term resilience of the local water supply infrastructure.
