The health and safety of our employees is the single, most fundamental priority of the Joseph Gallagher Group and is at the heart of everything that goes on across the company.

This is embodied in our award winning LIFE (Living Incident Free Everyday) Cultural & Behavioural Programme, which was introduced in 2014 and remains at the forefront of the business today - both on site and off it. LIFE upholds our belief that it is possible to send everyone home safely every day and our behavioural & cultural programme is instilled on every project, every site and every office to ensure all JGL members of staff play a part in elevating our safety proposition.
